The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to everything in the city. It was conveniently situated near the cathedral, making it easy to explore the city on foot. there was a restaurant located on a small square nearby, providing plenty of dining options.

The sound insulation in the hotel was not sufficient, making it quite noisy at times.

I loved the details, like location and staff, they were nice. The room was spotless on your bedroom and had central heating, a work desk and television.

This hotel offers amazing value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of natural light and efficient blackout curtains for a good night's sleep. The staff were informative, friendly, and professional, providing excellent service. The location was absolutely perfect, within a 5-10 minute walk to all major attractions and also within walking distance from the train station. The breakfast provided a decent selection, with unlimited coffee to start the day off right.

The noise from the busy street outside the hotel was quite disturbing, especially during the evenings and nights. the rooms could have been better soundproofed to provide a more peaceful stay.

This hotel has such a great location! It's just a short walk from the train station and within 5-10 minutes, you can reach all the major attractions in the city center. Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby.

All in all, everything was more than okay at this hotel.

There were a couple of aspects that were not so great. the noise from the cleaning staff in the morning was quite bothersome, making it difficult to sleep in.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the outdated furniture and some noise from the street, these did not overshadow the positive aspects of our stay. Not obvious to find.

I stayed at this hotel in the heart of the city center and it was incredibly convenient. It was within walking distance of Santa Maria Novella station and everything we wanted to visit in the city. The room was comfortable with a clean bathroom, and the staff were friendly. The breakfast provided a good start to the day with plenty of fresh fruit. The view from the hotel was also fantastic.

The internet was a bit frustrating as it required constantly entering a code to log on.

Great location near museums and sites, with many food and drink options nearby. Good quality breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. Will consider staying again on a future visit to the city.
